taking care of your candle helps ensure quality and longevity. it’s best to follow these steps:
— on your first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the vessel.
— with every consecutive burn, trim your wick to 1/4” before lighting. (never leave your wick trimmings in the vessel!)
— when you’ve reached the last 1/4” of wax, it’s time to clean out the jar and reuse in whichever way your heart desires.
safety first:
— never leave a candle burning unattended, or in reach of pets and/or children.
— do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours.
— burn candle on a heat resistant surface.

rain bloom:
top notes:
— citrus: fresh and bright. the citrus family is composed of traditional essences such as bergamot, mandarin, orange, lemon, lime, and petitgrain.
— green leaves: crisp and lively. the minty or oily smells produced when you crush a leaf or stem also play a defensive role against aphids, slugs, or larger animals.
— petitgrain: citrussy and green. derived from the french term “petit grain” or “little grain”. the term originally referred to the small fruit of the citrus trees.
middle notes:
— jasmine: floral, sweet, and light. jasmine has been hand harvested for fragrance for thousands of years.
— lily of the valley: delicate white floral. lily of the valley is often associated with the month of may, and typically blooms in late spring. symbolizes renewal and new beginnings.
— neroli: sweet, floral and green. often produces an orange blossom effect in fragrance. native to east asia.
base notes:
— patchouli: woody and earthy. native to tropical asia, where it is widely cultivated and has been used for centuries for its essential oil.
— ozone: the freshness of water. ozone has a distinct smell that’s usually described as clean, sharp and vaguely similar to chlorine.
— sandalwood: a rich wood with soft and creamy accents. sandalwood is one of the most ancient fragrance ingredients still used today; the earliest records of sandalwood date back to 500 BCE.
